The 2nd installment of a project that pushes you in a new and unexplored realm. This robust Habano Rosado wrapper, bound with a Nicaraguan Habano leaf, and filled with a Nicaraguan viso from the fertile region of Masatepe in the western part of Nicaragua. It is here in Masatepe that the farmers cultivate and coax their tobaccos using a process of aging called Chinagre. The tobaccos are buried in the volcanic soils to further enhance and mature their leaves adding depth and complexity to the final blend. A truly unique way to ferment and age tobacco that is rarely used.
